Established in 1986 and based in London, UHY is a network of independent audit, accounting, tax and consulting firms. Its services and teams are tailored to the culture of each client — publicly listed corporations, large and medium-sized companies, privately owned businesses, not-for-profits and public organisations.
Each member of UHY is a legally separate and independent firm. What the membership gives a client here is reach without handing your file to strangers: we stay responsible for the work.

Forum of Firms
The UHY network is a full member of the Forum of Firms, an association of international networks of accounting firms. The Forum exists to promote consistent, high quality standards of cross-border financial reporting and auditing, and the adoption of international auditing standards.
